The festival has been held in Egersund town centre since 2003. The stages are a few minutes' walk apart, and have included a warehouse by the lifeboat, a hotel cellar and an old bicycle workshop. Blues at the base. Rock, soul and americana on top.

Sykkelverkstedet, with bicycles on the walls and the band right underneath. The crowd on Torget with the town houses behind. In 2025, Friday ran from noon until one in the morning, with several stages going at once. One festival-goer called it "being part of a big musical family".
Torget, Strandgaten, the harbour.All within walking distance.
The main stage stands on Torget, down by the lifeboat and the church. The other stages are in the streets around it, a few minutes on foot, past the harbour and the town houses. You need neither car nor bus between concerts.

Over twenty years in Egersund
The first edition ran in May 2003. The twentieth anniversary in 2023 had Status Quo and Joss Stone on the bill. DumDum Boys came the year after, and in 2025 Lissie and Bjørn Berge played. Previous line-ups are in the archive.

Eight hours. The whole festival.
Volunteers set up stages, work the bar, do security and drive artists. A minimum of eight hours earns you a festival pass, with food and drink while you work.
